Little Lighthouses Children's Ministry - We have a nursery for babies and toddlers 0 to 2 years old and a children's church for pre-k through 5th graders. This is located across the hall in suite #204.
Revolution Youth Ministry - Currently this is on hold, but we are looking to start it up again in the near future. We are looking and praying for an anointed youth pastor. In the meantime, we encourage families that have youth to bring their youth to another biblical and God-honoring youth group in the local area.
Connect Groups – Connect groups are awesome opportunities for people to truly connect with one another and God in people’s homes throughout the week. Community and friendships are built in these relaxed and intimate small group environments. At connect groups we connect with God and one another through Bible teaching and discussion, testimony, prayer, fellowship, and worship. There are different connect groups offered throughout the three semesters of the year (each semester lasts ten weeks with a short break between each one) including anything from men's groups to womens groups, "seeker" groups designed for the unbeliever, groups centered around a paticular hobby or activity, groups for those struggling with addictions, groups centered around marriages, groups centered around young adults or youth, groups centered around a particular book of the Bible, groups centered around a particular Christian book, groups centered around the sermons preached on the Sunday morning services, etc. Everyone is invited and encouraged to be part of these life changing groups (although as a general rule there is no childcare unless otherwise mentioned).
Heart for the Lost Ministries - During the summer and on occassion throughout the year, a group of us from the church go out to the community to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus and the Kingdom. In the summer we do streat witnessing and evangelistic services in Henry Law Park. We also minister and witness to the community outside of our church building during certain key holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
Th Great Compassion Ministries - On occassion, a group of us from church go out to the community door to door and seek to help out the poor and needy as needed. The church goes out to the Dover community and both speaks and lives the Gospel of Jesus Christ by loving and serving the lost and the least (reaching out to the poor and needy). We do this through creative outreach to reach both the mind and heart of the lost as we both show and speak the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ. We seek to meet the material and financial needs of people by giving out toiletries, food, clothing, etc. as people have need. We also have a food pantry for anyone in need of food, clothing, toiletries, etc. and we hope to start up a soup kitchen in the near future.
